Attempting to Schedule a DTB re: New Student Success Center Building

Attended an informal DTB regarding Custodian Work Schedule. WFSE requested additional information regarding the different “tasks” the Custodians do and which classrooms / areas are not easily accessible before 10pm. The parties discussed ideas surrounding proposed staggered start times to include a start times of:

                                    7:30a               3p                    6p                    11p

BCC would like the 3p start time to be a “light staff,” with the majority of the swing shift employees start work at 6p, which would provide better coverage for the classrooms / areas that are not accessible until 10p. The parties agreed to meet again at UMCC to on Wednesday, March 14, to continue the conversation regarding the proposed schedule change.
